PROBATE


We handle complete probate cases - from preparation of initial petition to the closing of the estate. We prepare and file all necessary forms for petitions for appointment of personal representatives of a decedent's estate, including required notices to government entities and heirs or beneficiaries of the decedent's estate.

TRUST ADMINISTRATION


We handle all aspects of trust administration, including preparation and service of Trustee Notifications, correspondence with beneficiaries, preparation and recording of Affidavit Death of Trustees, preparation of deeds to transfer properties, counseling of Trustees, preparation and service of Notices of Proposed Action, coordinate with escrow companies regarding sale of real properties, preparation and service of accountings, coordinating for and preparing Receipts for Distribution, and maintaining records regarding trust administrations.

Our services include preparation and filing of initial petition or opposing a petition which has been filed, taking the matter through settlement and litigation. 


We are also experienced at bringing or defending against requests for elder abuse restraining orders. 

ESTATE PLANNING


We assist clients in planning, considering, and drafting their estate planning documents - from initial consultation to execution of completed documents. Our experience in litigation allows us to anticipate potential issues and prevent similar ambiguities in estate planning documents. 

In addition to standard estate plans and estate planning documents, we are also experienced in drafting Special Needs Trusts.
