Fred is certified by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in the field of Probate, Trusts and Estates. During his law school education, Fred clerked for honorable Judge Marjorie Laird Carter, former presiding Probate Judge of the Orange County Superior Court. Fred received his Juris Doctor degree from Chapman University School of Law in 2006. Currently, Fred represents trustees, beneficiaries, executors, conservators, guardians and other professional and corporate fiduciaries. Fred has dedicated his practice to Estate Planning, Probate and Trusts for over 10 years. Fred handles estate planning, tax counseling, elder law, guardianships, conservatorships, trust administration, and all aspects of litigation through trial.
